Activities

Red Card Distribution Inauguration: On 7th March with the presence of honorable Mayor Ariful Haque Chowdhury, and PMU representative Dr. Nusrat Momen & Dr. Arman Chowdhury along with honorable councilor of Sylhet City Corporation Saiful Amin Baker, Shahanara Begum Shanu, Shahanara Begum, and Chief Health Officer of Sylhet City Corporation Dr. Md. Jahidul Islam, Monitoring Officer Hussain Ahmed, and Project Manager Md. Parvez Alam with other staff of this project.

17th March Free Health Campaign (2021): Organized Day long Free Health Camp in CRHCC and PHCC-6 Satellite Area to celebrate the birthday of the father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on 17th March. We provide health services to around thousands people.

Free Health Campaign (2021): On the occasion of our 50 years of the Independent celebration day, we provide a day-long free health campaign in all PHCC’s & CRHCC.

Free Health Campaign (2021): Organized Day long Free Health Camp in all PHCC to remember the 46th Death Anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Family Planning Campaign (2021): Divisional Commissioner Md. Moshiur Rahman, Additional Secretary Mr. Mrinal Kanti Deb, Family Planning welfare Director of Sylhet Division Mr. Kutub Uddin Ahmed, Thana Family Planning welfare officer of Sylhet Sadar Abul Mansur Aszad along with Shimantik officials was present on that ocation.

Adolescent Session: 4 teams were formed with the Adolescent of The Sylhet City Corporation area. These teams are trained in various problems of adolescence and their remedies through 12 sessions in 3 months.

ANC Meeting (2021): Arranged ANC Mother Health checkup campaign and meeting in 7 PHCCs and provide services in the day-long campaign. 

Routine Activity (2021): In this particular period we arranged Health Service Campaign to by addressing Pregnant Mother, Postnatal Mother, FP Couple, Adolescent and Limited Curative Care.

Other Activity: Due to the Covid-19 situation, our staff at the field level is not getting support from the beneficiaries. Despite this, we have been able to conduct yard meetings and health education sessions in the last three months.

Prescription Writing Training : Learning details about how an ideal prescription should write, what are the parts of a prescription, how to minimize the errors of a prescription, rational use of drugs, list of drugs which paramedics can use, prevention of antibiotic resistance. Lists of drugs should use in pregnancy according to trimesters. 3 Days long training 8 Doctors and 16 Paramedics participate in this training.

Technical Session Training (2021): Overall purpose of training activities are Learning details about a technical book, Parts of a technical book, Topics that should discuss as technical sessions at PHCC clinics in morning sessions. 8 Doctors participate in this 3-day training session.

League Table: Quarterly (July-September 2021) Performance Sharing meeting with clinic management staffs held on Project Office venue. The project has introduced League Table as a tool to measure and evaluate indicator-based regular achievement (daily, weekly and monthly) of each clinic against targets. League Table also helps to evaluate the best performing clinic and staff of each month and reward will give according to the evaluated performance.
